7:00PM - Continuation of Public Hearing - 114 Lawrence Street (Richardson) - Special Permit and Variance (ZBA-2018-02):

An application has been submitted by Allison and Mark Richardson, requesting a Zoning Board of Appeals SPECIAL PERMIT, under Sections 9300 and 3400-3440 of the Town of Pepperell Zoning-Bylaw to allow an existing accessory apartment consisting of 987 square feet, which is in excess of the maximum 800 square feet allowed, thus Applicant is also requesting a VARIANCE in the amount of 187 square feet, under Sections 9200-9222 of the Town of Pepperell Zoning By-Law, which if granted, would allow an existing accessory apartment consisting of 987 square feet. Subject property is located at 114 Lawrence Street, Pepperell, MA, as shown on Assessor's Map 2 as Parcel 3-0. A public continuation hearing will be held on this matter at the Pepperell Town Hall, Conference Room A, One Main Street, Pepperell, MA, on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at 7:00 P.M.

7:30PM - Public Hearing - 65 Mt. Lebanon Street (MacDonald) - Special Permit (ZBA-2018-03):

An application has been submitted by Michael F. MacDonald, requesting a Zoning Board of Appeals SPECIAL PERMIT, under Sections 3400-3440 and 9300 of the Town of Pepperell Zoning By-Law, which if granted, would allow an existing accessory apartment. Subject property is located at 65 Mt. Lebanon Street, Pepperell, MA, as shown on Assessor's Map 38 as Parcel 12-1. A public hearing will be held on this matter at the Pepperell Town Hall, Conference Room A, One Main Street, Pepperell, MA, on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at 7:30P.M.
