The Town of Pepperell is seeking qualified candidate to serve as Town Clerk. Experience in Municipal Clerk’s Office a plus. The Town Clerk serves as Chief Election Officer, Local Registrar of Vital Records and Statistics, and Records Access Officer. This is a multi-faceted administrative position requiring sophisticated management and interpersonal skills. Individual must have ability to work well with government officials, department heads, employees and the public. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; managing all town, state, and federal elections, voter registration, town census, vital records, dog and business licensing, preparing budgets, attending all Town Meetings and certifying all actions of the Town Meeting.
