GIS Committee (Geographic Information System) Presentation by Jason Stanton

• Computerized, Intelligent data
• DPW uses for sewer and paving projects, water master plan, plotting well radius
• Public Safety uses for dispatch system
• Conservation Commission uses for wetlands overlay, measuring tool
• Fire Chief uses for first responder map, hydrant locations, insurance company calls

Vote to reconsider previous GIS vote and add $10,000 to GIS budget- Motion by Mr. DeSimone, Second by Mrs. LeBlanc.

Review of budget shortfall survey

• Committee reviewed latest iteration of 2010 budget shortfall survey.  Next step will be to forward to the selectmen for vote/approval.
