PRESENT:     Selectmen Lyndon B. Johnson, Joseph A. Sergi and Patrick J. McNabb; Robert Hanson, Town Administrator; Peggy Mazzola, Administrative Assistant; Town Accountant Theresa Walsh

The Board reviewed a letter of intent to retire from Town Accountant Theresa Walsh.  It was noted that Ms. Walsh would retire on or about October 1^st.  Mr. Hanson stated there was no need to amend Ms. Walsh’s contract, since she waived her pay increase on 7/1 and the account is budgeted properly.  Following a lengthy discussion, the Board accepted the resignation.

At 7:02 PM Mr. Sergi moved that the Board of Selectmen exit the Executive Session and return to open session.  A roll call vote was taken as follows:

            Lyndon Johnson                       Aye

            Joseph Sergi                             Aye

            Patrick McNabb                      Aye
