About Online Tax Payments

UniPay is a secure tax payment service of UniBank working with the Town of Pepperell that allows you to pay Taxes online. When you follow the link to pay your taxes a new browser window will open to a page. There, you can log into the Pepperell section of the UniPay system and select which tax bill you wish to pay.
Please Note: Online real estate tax payments are restricted to your current quarterly balance during the normal 30-day billing cycle. You may not pay a past due real estate tax bill using this service. All past due payments can be made by mail or directly at the Treasurer-Collector office.
You will need:

your tax bill.

either: your checking account number and bank's ABA Routing number or a MasterCard or Discover credit card (including the 3-digit security code from the back of the card).

an email address so a confirmation can be sent to you at the completion of your payment.

to establish a User ID and Password for the UniPay system
Fees Charged/Not Charged:

You will not be charged a transaction fee if you pay by direct transfer from your checking account. You will need to provide your bank's ABA Routing Number and your checking account number.

You will be charged a fee for using UniBank's service if you pay by Credit Card (MasterCard and Discover accepted). You will enter your credit card information just as you would with any other online purchase. The fee amount for using a credit card depends on the transaction amount as follows:
