Kimball Fruit Farm (Protected Private Property) 184 Hollis St. At the 1998 Annual Town Meeting, the citizens of Pepperell voted to join the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in purchasing an Agricultural Preservation Restriction on Kimball Fruit Farm, protecting this farm land from future non-agricultural development. Kimball Fruit Farm remains a privately owned pick-your-own fruit farm and farm stand. Stop by from May through December to enjoy the fresh seasonal berries, vegetables, fruits, and gourds. Recreational Uses: Visit Kimball Fruit Farm for seasonable fruit and berry picking.
