Where are programs/classes held?
All programs/classes are held at the Pepperell Community Center, unless otherwise noted.  The center is located at 4 Hollis Street which is right off the rotary.

How do I register?
We offer registration online (check or credit card - not VISA), and by regular mail (check or cash).  Both can be accessed on the website.  Forms are in the center as well with a lock box to leave payment.

How do I know if I am registered?
You are enrolled in the program/class upon the receipt of your registration and payment.  You will only be notified in the event the class is cancelled or full or changes made.

What do I do if I need a refund?
Full refunds are issued if request is sent prior to start of class or if class is cancelled.
  • Refunds may be granted for requests received prior to the start of the second meeting date for normal programs with an administrative fee charged.
  • Please allow 2 weeks from request for refund checks to be processed through the town.
What if class is canceled?
Every effort is made to notify participants (email or phone calls and posting on website).  Instructors do their best to schedule make-up sessions or issue credits.  Programs may be cancelled due to low enrollment or inclement weather.

What is the inclement weather policy?
If the class is being held in a school and North Middlesex Regional School District has closed for the day due to weather then that class will be cancelled.
All class being held at the community center and the Peter Fitzpatrick will be notified by the instructor.
