Although our fitness classes are geared toward the needs and interests of Pepperell's senior population, all adults are welcome to attend our classes (space permitting).
Fitness class fees are $2 a class for Pepperell Seniors and $3 for other participants unless otherwise noted.

We offer two very different yoga classes. Our Tuesday class begins with a guided meditation that relaxes and prepares the student for a gentle practice of seated and standing yoga postures. The practice always comes with suggestions for ways to adjust the postures to fit your body. The focus of this class is breath awareness, the release of muscle tension and improvement in joint mobility. All of these practices lead to a balance of body, mind, and spirit. Our Thursday class is a flowing blend of postures, breathing and meditation that will enhance your body's natural rhythm which will increase your strength and balance. Both classes require a yoga mat and the use of a chair.

Dancing is great exercise for your body and mind. This class is not just country line dancing. The choreography includes dance steps and tempos from a variety of different music and dance styles. This class is so much fun you won't know you're working out.

Zumba Gold ® is a Latin dance fitness class designed for the active, older adult, or true beginner. This class is considered by most the highest-intensity class we offer and it is a blast!
Thursdays at 10:00 AM Summer Hours
Exercise- Tape for the Summer
This class is a mix of cardio and strength training which will improve your core strength and balance, the perfect balance for increasing the heart rate and toning those flabby areas we all hate. Bring your light hand weights if you wish.

For the months of July and August Elaine is on vacation. Exercise still meets at its regular time, but the class is free and participants workout to pre-recorded sessions with Elaine.
