This 12-acre wooded parcel was the first piece of land acquired by the Town for conservation. It abuts the west side of the Nissitissit River just before it enters New Hampshire and the Division of Fisheries and Wildlife Nissitissit River WMA land to the south. The land is accessible by canoe or through the DFW land, although there is no trail that leads to it. This area is very peaceful and contains lots of unusual wildflowers and wildlife. It is a great spot for fly-fishing.
If you have any information to add to the description of this or any other recreation parcel in Pepperell, or Conservation website related questions or comments, please contact the Conservation Commission.
