Registration


The easiest way to register to vote is online through the Secretary of State's webpage utilizing their online voter registration system, follow this link to learn more...https://www.sec.state.ma.us/ovr/ 

If it's easier you can always come by the Town Clerk's window and pick up a voter registration form or you can call
978-433-0339 and we can mail you one.

The last day to register to vote or change party enrollment for the State Election will be Saturday, October 24, 2020. The Town Clerk's office will be open from 2pm - 4pm and 7pm - 8pm that day. 

Vote by Mail Application


The Town Clerk's Office is encouraging the voters to apply for an early ballot which will allow you to vote via mail for the State Election. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has mailed an application to every registered voter in the State, return it today and vote by mail! If you have not received the application, follow the link and fill out the form, it can be mailed back to the Town Clerk's Office, One Main Street, Pepperell, MA 01463 or submitted electronically to clerk@town.pepperell.ma.us

In Person Early Voting

The Town of Pepperell will also be offering in-person early voting at the Town Hall, Upper Level, for the November State Election, the dates for early voting will be October 17 until October 30, exact hours are provided below:

Polling Location and Precincts

The polling location for all three precincts is the Peter Fitzpatrick Cafeteria. 

Pepperell is divided into three precincts, in order to facilitate onsite voter sign-in at town-run elections and town meetings. In general:

  • Precinct 1: Includes all of east Pepperell east of the Nashua and Nississit Rivers, except those addresses on the west side of Hollis north of the Nissitissit River, and those address north of the Nissitissit River within the Nashua Road, Hollis Street, Mill Street (west side of the street only) triangle
  • Precinct 2: Includes addresses west of the Nashua River and south of Main Street, Heald Street and the section of West Street south of Heald Street (including addresses on the south side of Main Street, Heald Street., and West Street north of Heald Street)
    • Precinct 2 also includes the north side of Main Street from Carter to the Nashua River, Cottage Street, and Mill Street address from Main Street, to the Nissitissit River.
  • Precinct 3: Includes all addresses north of Main Street from Park Street to Carter Street, all address on the north (odd) side of Heald Street, and the section of West Street (odd numbers only) north of Heald Street, as well as those addresses on the west side of Hollis north of the Nissitissit River, and those address north of the Nissitissit River within the Nashua Road, Hollis Street, Mill Street (west side of the street only) triangle
