On November 8th at 6:00 PM, Massachusetts Emergency Management will be presenting a course entitled “Until Help Arrives” at the Albert Harris Center. This event is sponsored by Pepperell Emergency Management and the COA. The course is being made available to adult citizens to teach the basics of what they can do during the critical moments between calling for assistance on 911 and waiting for first responders to arrive on the scene.
