The Town has been made aware that orange, trifold “invitations” titled “BPW Sidewalk Presentation – Thursday, November 20th” were recently taped to some residents’ mailboxes. These notices did not originate from the DPW or the Board of Public Works (BoPW). Additionally, the information provided is inaccurate regarding a sidewalk presentation.
Actual Information about This Week’s BPW Meeting
The only Public Works meeting taking place this Thursday is the BoPW’s Regular Monthly Meeting, held at its usual location and time.
As is standard practice:
- Pepperell Board of Public Works meetings are public meetings, held at the Town Hall, 1 Main Street, on the third (3rd) Thursdays of the month at 5:30 p.m. in Conference Room “A”. Check the town website for meeting agendas and updates.
- Public comment will occur near the beginning of the meeting.
- At this week’s meeting the sidewalk project will be discussed as part of an update on several projects and is listed as a sub-item on the agenda.
- At this time, there is no Sidewalk project presentation scheduled.
Please rely on official Town communication via our website, posted agendas, and municipal notices for accurate meeting information. If you receive any materials claiming to be from the DPW or BoPW but lacking verification, we encourage you to contact the Town directly (dpw@town.pepperell.ma.us or 978-433-5735). Thank you for staying engaged with our community.
