The Energy and Environmental Affairs Agency of the State of Massachusetts has declared a Level 3 – Critical Drought for the Pepperell area. In support of this declaration and in compliance with our Water Management Act Permit, the Pepperell DPW – Water Division is requesting that water users reduce water use. We are implementing a Stage 2 Water Restriction until water levels improve. Thank you for your cooperation
