Unfortunately the Town Clerk's phones are not able to receive incoming calls.   Other departments within Town Hall are experiencing similar problems.  We are continuing to work on the issue.  In the meantime, please send all Town Clerk inquiries to jsurvell@town.pepperell.ma.us
