Joanne McCole RN, BSN from Nashoba Nursing Service & Hospice presents information about Prediabetes, Diabetes Type 1, and Diabetes Type 2.  

The goal of this program is education and understanding of the diabetes disease process, the impact on other body systems, management of the disease through healthier food and lifestyle changes, and a review of common medications used to treat the disease.   Handouts and healthy snacks are provided.
