NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF PEPPERELL
In accordance with the provisions of MGL, Ch. 40A, Sec. 11, the Pepperell Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 26, 2015 at 7:15p.m. at Town Hall, 1 Main St., Pepperell, MA 01463 on the application of Borrego Solar Systems, Inc., 1115 Westford Street, Lowell, MA 01851 for a Site Plan Review for a solar energy generating facility consisting of approximately 4,408 solar panels to be located at 175-185 Nashua Road shown on Assessors’ Map 6 Lot 16 in the Industrial Zoning District as required by Section 9400 of the Protective Zoning Bylaw. Any person interested in the application may appear at the time and place designated or may review copies of the application and any associated plans in the Office of the Town Clerk or Planning Board during regular business hours or at www.town.pepperell.ma.us. Special services, assistance, or accommodations may be made available by contacting the Planning Board at least one week prior to the scheduled hearing date. Persons unable to attend may submit comments in writing.
